November 11th - Polish Independence Day
Promoting Polish culinary and social ethnicity through elements of Polish cultural heritage, by enjoying a festive and traditional Polish dinner.
Polish Independence and its cultural identity is the work of many generations, regardless of political and religious beliefs. For centuries, Poles gathered at the table, a very important place for many Families, and Polish cuisine remains an important part of Polish heritage.
A Day of Polish Cuisine in America is organized by Qulinarnia, Lutnia Restaurant, Staropolska Restaurant and The Heart Of Europe Café – where a special menu with unique dishes and desserts will be featured.
