Dear Friends,
We are writing on behalf of the Polish-American Medical Society in Chicago to invite you to our 64th annual benefit Physician’s Ball on February 1st,, 2014, at the Ritz-Carlton, 160 East Pearson Street, Chicago.
Our 67-year-old Society has over 400 members – physicians of all specialties, practicing in the Chicago region and serving local communities, caring particularly for Polish-Americans. Each year for more than 60 years, our members have volunteered their time to organize a splendid Ball which is among the most elegant in Chicago. The purpose of these efforts is to raise funds for scholarships and each year to make a donation to a different Chicago-based charity. To support this mission, the tickets to the Ball are priced at $300 per person; however, a limited number of discounted $150 tickets is available for students, residents and young physicians within two years of residency. The Ball is open to everyone.
In addition, on January 31st, the night before the Ball, we are also having a FREE event at the Polish Museum. Annually, at the Ball we honor eminent physicians, scientists, artists or activists for their extraordinary achievements. This year, at the free Museum party our members as well as students and young physicians will be able to interact with our eminent guests in an informal setting.This event is for medical community only.
We sincerely hope that you will accept our invitation and eagerly await your presence at our Ball and/or at the preceding party. Reservations are kindly requested, even if you are only able to attend the free Museum event.
