The Jefferson Park and Gladstone Park Chambers of Commerce will host a “Business Forum for 45th Ward Aldermanic Candidates” at 8:30 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 13, at the Copernicus Center, 5216 W. Lawrence Ave.
Doors will open at 8 a.m.
Each candidate will be asked a series of questions related to issues affecting small businesses in the ward, including the redevelopment of the commercial areas of the ward. Each candidate also will be asked to give a closing statement.
Recommended questions for the candidates can be e-mailed to [email protected] or [email protected]. The questions asked at the forum will be chosen by the moderators, and candidates will not be given the questions in advance.
Refreshments will be served, and free parking is available in center’s lot, whose entrance is located on
Volare i Cake Factory.
