For the PACC, the early fall ’09 has been both eventful and special. We have expanded our membership base and are pleased that Fifth Third Bank, Polish & Slavic Federal Credit Union, Water Tower Financial Partners LLC, and National Securities Corporation joined our Chamber as corporate sponsors. Please note that as of last month, the PACC is registered by the Fifth Third Bank’s Partner organization as part of the Community Matters Program. When our members establish a new Fifth Third Bank relationship, as a certified non-profit organization, the PACC will receive donations ranging from $25 to $200 per member!
One of the most notable events in the Polish American community’s organizational life was the 40th Annual Polish Heritage Award Dinner.
We congratulate the Polish American Congress – Illinois Division on the 40th Annual Gala and on the 65th Anniversary of the Polish American Congress.

This is the spirit that guided us when we backed Chicago‘s Olympic bid. Regardless of the outcome, the bidding process brought us closer together with others in the city, and has made the city stronger and more integrated. This was quite visible on Tuesday, Oct. 2, during the Executives’ Club of Chicago post-Bid, post-decision breakfast meeting (see QwickGuide slide show) http://www.qwickguide.com
featuring Mayor Daley, Patrick G. Ryan and other key http://www.chicago2016.org/members, and were glad to be there.
The following is a preview of the upcoming programs that are organized, sponsored, co-sponsored, or recommended by the PACC. Please mark your calendars now and be on the look – out for announcements in the near future with details regarding each of the events.
Sincerely,
The PACC Secretariat
