New York, N.Y. .. Frank Spula, national president of the Polish American Congress,(holding plaque) was the recipient of the Marshal Josef Pilsudski Leadership and Achievement Award in ceremonies conductedat the Consulate of the Republic of Poland in New York City.

The Pilsudski Institute also honored Prof. Anna Jaroszynska-Kirchmann of Eastern Connecticut State University; Lynne Olson and Stanley Cloud,authors of the book, “A Question of Honor” and Dariusz Jablonski, producer and director of the film, “War Games.”
“A Question of Honor,” was published in 2003 and tells the story of the Kosciuszko Squadron whose Polish pilots distinguished themselves in the Battle of Britain. “War Games” is a film that tells a story of the Polish hero, Colonel Ryszard Kuklinski, who transferred over 40,000 pages of secret documents from the Warsaw Pact to the CIA during the Cold War.
