The event is organized by the High Arts Society of Warsaw, Poland, whose mission is to encourage the development of all aspects of Poland’s musical, artistic, literary, drama and film culture. A second goal of the society is to propagate high art by organizing festivals, exhibitions, concerts, theater and opera performances, and by publishing CDs and books. A further goal of the society is to manage and support all international relationships in order to coordinate all cultural and artistic undertakings, as well as to propagate knowledge of Polish art outside the country.
