The Polish American Congress-Illinois Division (PAC-IL) will hold its
42nd Annual Polish American Heritage Awards Banquet on October 16, 2011
at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center, formerly known as the Rosemont Convention Center.
Not only will this be a momentous occasion as we honor individuals within the Polonian community, but we
will celebrate our Polish American presence and support the PAC-IL’s mission of advancing our cultural, philanthropic, economic, and political interests.
With this in mind, we hope that you will support the PAC-IL and its honorees by listing an AD in its Commemorative Program Book. We
invite you to complete the enclosed Program Book Listing Contract and send it no later than September 12, 2011.
This year, the PAC-IL will honor individuals who have distinguished themselves for their outstanding contributions to Polonia and beyond.
This year’s recipients are: Maria Ciesla, President of The Polish Museum of America, Louis Koncza, civil engineer, Adam Andrzejewski,
Illinois advocate, Agnes Ptasznik, Polonian volunteer, and Chester A. Lizak, attorney.
We invite you to attend the Polish American Heritage Awards Banquet on Sunday, October 16, 2011. We hope that you will show your support of
Polish Americans.
If you have any questions, please contact the PAC-Il Office at 773.631.3300 or via email at [email protected].
