Dear friends,
We are pleased to invite Your group to participate in our Carnival Folk Festivals 2017, offering you interesting destination in Italy.
The groups might come to Bergamo in the morning of Friday, March 24TH and then perform show in the evening in Piazza Vecchia in Bergamo old city.
The following Saturday March 25, in the morning is included a guided tour of Bergamo old city or in Milan city to visit the most important monuments (Duomo, Castello Sforzesco ect.) In the night Saturday March 25 we ask you a brief show (15 minutes) during the performance of the “Burning of Vecchia”.
The Sunday, March 26 in the morning we ask you a short show at the “portico of Sentierone” and after the big Carnival parade in the afternoon with the participation of eighty between floats and folk groups.
At the end of the parade groups will be free to return in their own countries with dinner or travel sandwich bag.
For participation fee we ask €. 85.00 per person and the fee would cover the accommodation / food from the lunch of Friday, March 24 until late afternoon of Sunday, March 26 (two full board in addition to the meal on Sunday), the guided tour to Bergamo or Milan.
Regard to the artistic performance of groups we would ask a show on Friday evening, a short performance on Saturday night, a short show on Sunday morning and participation in the grand Carnival parade on Sunday afternoon.
This means we expect the group to travel with his own bus.
The groups will be accommodated in the hostel or hotel.
For anything not mentioned will be placed their own of participants Groups (Transport costs to / from Bergamo, short trips in Bergamo on days 4,5 and 6 March and the move to Milan on Saturday )
The show on Friday night, in bad weather, will be held indoors.
Artistic Type of the group:
There are no limit max. and minimum of persons.
We will invite the group with music live or music playback with mp3 or audio. This festival is for majorette, bands musical, folk groups .
the official language in Italy is Italian but for the festival will be spoken English, French and Spanish, if it is necessary the committee of festival will supply to you a translator, one guide will be with your group every day.
confirm engagement deposit:
it is required to Pay advance deposit to confirm hotel booking. In case the group will give up to participate for any reason the deposit will not be refunded.
