HOW TO ENTER THE POETRY CONTEST:
1. This contest is open to everyone who is 16 years old and older. It does not matter what country you live in. You may be a published poet or an unpublished poet.
2. Submit up to seven (7) poems in English or Polish, up to forty (40) lines. Poems may be rhymed or free verse.
3. Include a cover letter with complete contact information (name, address, telephone, email address), tittles of the poems you are submitting and a brief biography.
We prefer E-MAIL SUBMISSIONS. Send your submission as the attachment to: [email protected] or [email protected] or [email protected] .
3. Entry fee (donation)*: $5/each poem. Make check/Money Order payable to: Polish American Poets Academy, Inc. and send to: Polish American Poets Academy, PO BOX 3163, Wallington, NJ 07057, USA.
We also accept the Western Union and Paypal money transfer. (Please contact us for the further information.).

5. Deadline: JANUARY 31, 2014.
6. Make sure to send only copies of your poems (not originals) as manuscripts will be destroyed following the competition.
8. Winners will be contacted via email and announced on our websites: www.e-businesscardexchange.com in section JPII PAPA.
9. All entries become the property of JPII Polish American Poets Academy, Inc. and Business Card Exchange Group & Media Online (a main sponsor of JPII PAPA), and JPII PAPA and BCEG & MO reserve the non-exclusive right to use all poems in publications or for promotional purposes.
10. All poets retain copyright and all other publication rights to their work. We place no restrictions on the rights of winners to publish or sell their work elsewhere following the announcement of prizes.
11. Prizes will be sent by first class postal mail.
GRAND PRIZE: $500 and 1 yr. membership
SECOND PRIZE: $200 and 1 yr. membership
THIRD PRIZE: $100 and 1 yr. membership
Other prizes and recognition are also offered.
12. Poems will be judged by an independent committee of poets under the administration of John Paul II Polish American Poets Academy, Inc. and Business Card Exchange Group & Media Online.
