SUSPICIOUSLY IN LOVE

 

 There is nothing better on frigid February afternoons and gloomy evenings than a delicious comedy. SUSPICIOUSLY IN LOVE, the very new film made by already a classic of Polish comedy genre Slawomir Krynski truly seems like an extraordinary idea.

The romantic-criminal comedy of errors full of surprising twists and hilarious situations is ideal proposition to kick off this year’s season in the movies. Most popular Polish comedy actors, including beautiful Weronika Ksiazkiewicz and funny Rafal Krolikowski, provide a lot of fun to any audiences.

Albert, a shy young man, is seeking love online. Surfing the net, he stumbles upon Basia who is no less in need for a true feeling, as well. They both get the same strategy – she claims to be a mysterious Simone while he pretends a handsome French beau. They continue that masquerade when finally set up their first date in a real life, sending some attractive replacements. In result, the all come to a hotel where ludicrous gang of thieves is hunting for a priceless collection of diamonds. In the plot full of errors, nobody knows who is in love and who is a suspect. Here, even falling in love is by a lucky chance! Lively course of events in which one guys look for love while the others just want money…

 The movie will have only four exclusive screenings in Muvico Rosemont 18 (9701 Bryn Mawr Ave.), the most elegant theatrical movie theatre in the Chicagoland.  Screenings are scheduled for Sunday, February 10th at 3:00 and 5:30 PM.; Tuesday, February 12th and Thursday, February 14th at 8:00 PM. Admission is $ 15.00 ($ 20.00 in a VIP section with a Valentine gift included). The seating is very limited. The movie is in Polish with English subtitles.
