Polish Independence and its cultural identity is the work of many generations, regardless of political and religious beliefs. For centuries, Poles gathered at the table, a very important place for many Families, and Polish cuisine remains an important part of Polish heritage.  

A Day of Polish Cuisine in America is organized by Qulinarnia, Lutnia Restaurant, Staropolska Restaurant and The Heart Of Europe Café – where  a special menu with unique dishes and desserts will be featured. 

In promoting A Day of Polish Cuisine in America as a celebration of Polish Independence Day along with Polish culinary and social traditions, all of those who fight for Poland throughout the decades are not forgotten.
