Dear PACC Members and Friends,
Just as in years past, the arrival of spring has brought much renewal for the Polish American Chamber. As we continue to celebrate the 20th anniversary of our organizational life, the vibrant spirit was evident during the March 20 Annual Meeting and After Hours, held in the Great Hall of thePolish Museum of America and sponsored by the PRCUA
The highlight of the evening was the inauguration of the PACC 2014-2015 Board of Directors, including its Executive Committee. Congratulations to all, esp. Anna Morzy who was elected President of the Board, and to Lucas Fuksa who, as the Immediate Past President, has assumed the role of the Chairman of the Advisory Board.
Several days earlier, on March 17, a number of PACC members and friends had an opportunity to connect with a 33-person delegation representing the Cluster of Tourist Brands of Eastern Poland. The organization is a concentration of interconnected, collaborating, and …competing travel agencies, hospitality and recreational businesses, educational institutions, consultants, and others who are active in the Polish regions of Podlasie, Warmia, and Mazury.
This most interesting presentation and discussion was hosted by the Consulate General of Poland, and attended by representatives of Chicago-area companies, including Polamer Travel, Lotus Travel World, AMTA Chicago, Rek 5 Star Travel, Ivy Hotel, Integra Communications, Polvision, and Polish Daily News.
