It was an honor as well to welcome Senator Durbin at the PACC offices on Sept. 24. We were very pleased to hear of the Senator’s support for the Visa Waiver Program for Poland, his interest in the state of our member businesses, and in our organizational development in the context of business and trade between the US and Poland. Just a day later, we also were pleased to meet up with Congressman Mike Quigley at Ald. Arena’s Northwest Enterprise Fair.
On Sept. 27, several PACC representatives were pleased to participate in the meeting of Mr. Bronislaw Komorowski, President of the Republic of Poland, with business leaders active in Polish and US markets. Held at the Consulate General of Poland in New York, the event was an excellent contribution to stronger US-Poland economic relations. And for those of us who traveled to New York, it was a great opportunity to spend some time in a very special city.
