Poland wows judges at the European Property Awards with state-of-the-art developments and impressive architecture

 

Poland had a record number of award winners at the European Property Awards 2016-2017 in London this week with scores of talented Polish property developers, architectures and interior designers walking away with some of the most highly acclaimed awards in the property industry.
 
All the companies competed against the best property professionals across Europe to be awarded a prestigious European Property Award during a glitzy ceremony at The Marriott Hotel, in Grosvenor Square, London, on October 28th 2016.
 
Hola Design received a Five Star Award in the Interior Design Private Residence category for Family Space House, a custom made, minimalistic modern home for a family of five.
 
Ghelamco Poland walked away with a Highly Commended Award in the commercial high-rise category for the Warsaw Spire – the largest and tallest building in Warsaw which now dominates the skyline and is set to accommodate around 8,000 office workers.
 
AP Szczepaniak won a highly commended award for its project, Starter, a redevelopment of a disused hotel for University workers in the centre of Wroclaw in Wybrzeze Ludwika Pasteura.
 
Other award-winning projects include:
 
– Grupa Profbud & Robert Majkut Design won a Highly Commended Award in the retail interior category for Profbud Retail
 
-An apartment in the clouds by Anna Koszela and Apartment with a pool by Exit Design, both Highly Commended in the interior design categories.


 

-Zlotta 44, a series of impressive luxury apartments in Warsaw by Zlotta 44 Sp.z.o.o., won FOUR Highly Commended Awards 

 -Pracownia Architektoniczna Ewy i Stanislawa Sipinskich & ATANER Sp.z.o.o. won a Five Star Award in the architecture multiple residence catgory for Boznicza 1 Residential & Office Building.
 
 

Warsow Spire

The European Property Awards, now in its 24th year, is judged by an independent panel of 70 industry experts.
They consider design, quality, service, innovation, originality, and commitment to sustainability when making their decision.
The judging panel is chaired by Lord Caithness, Lord Best, and Lord Liverpool, members of the House of Lords in the UK Parliament.
 
The European Property Awards are the region’s largest, most prestigious, and widely recognised property awards.
 
Winners have the opportunity to continue to compete for the chance to be named Best in UK & Europe at the International Property Awards final on 12th December this year.
