Polish American Chamber Announces New Board of Directors

CHICAGO -The Polish American Chamber of Commerce(PACC) announced at January 11, 2017, that as a result of an election process last November-December, the 2017-2018 Board of the association will include the following Directors who were duly re-elected:

Beata Bukowski, Team Beata Bukowski
Lucas Fuksa, Fuksa Khorshid LLC
Jolanta Kaczmarska-Waltos, Soho Image & Style, Inc.
Henryk Kazmierczak, H&L Homes, LLC
Stanley Skoczen, Omega Structures, Inc.
Artur Tobolski, Wells Fargo Home Mortgage
Tony Zaskowski, Chicagoultimatehomes.com

In addition, the following individuals were newly elected to serve on the PACC Board:

The affairs of the PACC as a corporation are managed by and are under the direction of its Board of Directors. During the new Board’s first meeting, the following Directors were duly elected as officers of the association:

President – Stanley Skoczen, Omega Structures, Inc.
Vice President/Internal – Mark Grzymala, Grzymala Law Offices, PC
Vice President/External/Local – Peter Shultz, Ampol Group
Vice President/External/International – Malgorzata Borysiewicz, Up-To-Sound, Inc.
Secretary – Iwona Filipiak, Iwonka Filipiak Koenig Rubloff Realty Group
Treasurer – Agnieszka Rapacz, Tea & Beyond, LLC

As President, Skoczen, in conjunction with other officers, will serve a two-year term as the chief elected officer of the Chamber. Bogdan Pukszta has agreed to return as executive director.
