Chicago’s own: Abba Salute, Rico, Libido Funk Circus, Hot Rocks, Gentleman of Leisure, Pink Freud, The Tony Ocean Show, Imposter Radio, and more! Polish artists: Sztywny Pal Azji, Lombard, Toony, Carrion! Plus: Maggie D, Fox, Freeze Dried, and Funky Polak! Classical Performances: Paderewski Symphony Orchestra and Chopin Choir. Plus a great line-up of Chicago club DJs on the dance stage each night!**Delicious, old-world Polish favorites like polska kielbasa, pierogi, potato pancakes and imported beers will surely satisfy your appetite!
**The festival also offers traditional folk dance and theater performances, arcade games, “Big Nick’s Casino,” free Polish cooking classes and a Festival Marketplace where you can shop for old-world treasures!
**Speaker and Mrs. Gingrich will screen Nine Days that Changed the World at 6:00 pm on Sunday, September 4th. A book and DVD signing will be held prior to the screening at 5:00 pm.
**Monday Sept. 5, 2011 at 6pm, for the first time since her return, Janina Wasilewski will join Tony, director Ruth Leitman and friends and family celebrating at Chicago’s annual Taste of Polonia to present TONY & JANINA’S AMERICAN WEDDING. Please join us at this exciting event.
